Important RMA Information
- All returns must be requested within 30 days of order delivery.
- All returns must be received by Tech Defenders within 15 days of RMA confirmation and receipt of shipping label. If devices are returned outside of the 15 day window, they will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
- Credit will be processed and issued within 10 days after the return has arrived at our facility.
